These terms govern your purchase of books and other items from Lunette Press, a small press based in St. Louis, Missouri. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment is completed and we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or unavailable — and in that case we will refund any amount charged for the affected items.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout along with any shipping charges. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase.

Shipping and preorders

Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some titles are offered as preorders. Preordered items ship on or after their listed release date. If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, it may ship together once all items are available, unless noted otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds — including damaged or defective items — are handled under our Refund Policy. To report a problem or start a return, please contact us.
